Our Response to Intervention

 

Live Oak Middle School's intervention programs are designed to help students and provide extra time and guidance on 7th and 8th grade Math and Language Arts core curriculum.  Academic Intervention is open to any 7th or 8th grade student at Live Oak.

 

Dates and Times for the 2019-2020 intervention programs have not been determined yet.

Additionally, the following Interventions take place on a regular basis here at Live Oak Middle School:

• SAT (Student Assistance Team) meetings to monitor students in need of intervention.
• Small group intervention groups run by classroom teachers daily 
• Programs used: 95% Group, Dreambox, Open Up, Lexia, Read Naturally Live
